September Open
Come and experience dinghy sailing in stunning Northumberland, and join us for our annual open this September
This year, we welcome back the ILCA’s to Kielder for their Lakeland & Border Series (Saturday 14th Sept). This event will also incorporate a Catapult Class open, and we will also host a general handicap event,open to all other dinghy classes with PY handicaps.
On the water:
6 Races – 5 to count
First race @ 12:30pm on Saturday (14th)
3 x races planned per day
Separate Starts for ILCA, Catapults & Handicap Classes
On Shore:
Free camping for tents around the clubhouse
Onsite space for camper vans / caravans
The galley will be open throughout the weekend for snacks & sandwiches, with a planned meal on the Saturday evening. Our bar will also be open all weekend
Online entries open until 12th September (entry can be made via a one off direct debit payment or by cash/card at the club). Entry on the day of the event is also possible
