Due to the road closure affecting the Tyne Tarset Bridge (on the main route to the club from Bellingham), we unfortunately must postpone the Dam to Dam event.  There is a diversion in place but this adds about 40 miles to the journey. There are some minor roads but are unsuitable for towing along.

We hope to reschedule it to later in the season, when access to the bridge is resumed.

Invasive Non-Native Species (INNS)

Visitors bringing boats and equipment must now follow an additional procedure to remove the risk of spread of Invasive Non-Native Species (INNS).  On arrival at the sailing club, boats that have been sailed on other inland waters must be washed down prior to entering Kielder Water. Access to cleaning equipment is based at Tower Knowe visitor center. Please see arrival instructions here. Further information will be available at the club, please ask for details on arrival
